I have used several different CRM systems over the past years. For various reasons changed them, sometimes they lacked some functionality, but most often it was an excess of them, a feeling of constant fatigue and overwhelming during everyday use. Many CRMs enforce a separate db for Contacts and Organizations. Sometimes it is difficult to combine them in Leads, opportunities, clients. That's why I was still looking for a new CRM to manage Leads. I'm not looking for more. Tabdesk is perfect. Clean, enjoyable UI. Efficient at work. Ideal.

In one of my businesses, we use HubSpot - which I really like. However, it's very expensive. I thought I'd take the shot on Tapdesk and I'm pleasantly surprised!
First, I love the ability to generate leads through Tapdesk. It runs a search for me based on the criteria I set and Tapdesk can extract contact information. I export the phone numbers and enroll them into my calling campaigns.
Then, I can manage my pipelines, contacts, and campaigns with ease. Being able to add custom tags is a MUST for me. I track information that most CRMs don't allow for unless I can use custom tags. This feature is very important to me.
Overall, I'm very impressed with Tapdesk. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a CRM to try it.

I was hesitant at first, but so glad I pulled the trigger on this. Tapdesk is the CRM I've been hunting out for years. It has everything I need as a solopreneur and is already helping me convert potential customers. The team is quick to respond and have helped me resolve any issues I had during setup. In addition, please consider re-package the deal - all features in the product should be available on all codes, giving users a half product shouldn't be an option... just reduce the limits for the lower tiers.

It would be wise to improve this deal. We are early adopters and this product cant be better because I am assuming you focus on a certain niche of saas crm products which means that standing out in your field would be better if you improved limits or had us operate more than one business with each code. Being able to have a full functioning startup and doing all the technical work behind it does not equal having a practical sense on how to do business and it shows on the pricing of your product.

Tier 2 has 5 users but i want to know how many workspaces i can have for each user.
