What is “an account”?
An account refers to a Facebook Ads account, a Facebook page, or an Instagram business page. If you would like to connect 5 Facebook Ads accounts, 3 Facebook pages, and 2 Instagram business pages, it’d be 10 accounts in total. You can find more information on our pricing page. We also built a Messenger chatbot to help us explain our pricing. We hope you find it useful! Access it here: https://m.me/portermetrics?ref=w13207587
What does a user mean?
A user is each Facebook (or any app) account or profile you would like to connect. It’s common that companies have multiple Facebook Ads accounts or business pages across multiple Facebook Personal profiles.
So, we thought about giving you the flexibility to choose multiple users for your paid plans to not centralize all your Facebook Ads accounts, Facebook pages, or Instagram pages into a single ad account.
What do I do after redeeming a coupon?
You can start building unlimited reports right away. Here’s how:
After you redeem your PitchGround-Porter code as per the instructions provided to you after your purchase, following that, you can start creating reports on Google Data Studio right away. Just visit Google Data Studio and signup/signin with the same email address you used to signup on Porter so we match that email with the lifetime license.
To create your first report, you may visit our product tour, where we show how to create a Google Data Studio dashboard from scratch. You can also learn to leverage our free Google Data Studio templates.
What about Google product connectors like Analytics, Ads, and Youtube?
They’re free.
Google Data Studio already offers free connectors for Google Sheets, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Youtube, and more. Porter connects other 3rd party apps to Data Studio to centralize all your data in one place.
Do we bring custom conversions?
Yeah, we bring standard conversions such as purchases, landing page views, app downloads, and custom conversions with their respective values.
Why is Google Data Studio free?
We believe Google Data Studio is free as it's part of BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform, which businesses should pay for. Google Data Studio is a way to get traction for Google Cloud products. We don't think it's due to a conspiracy-like reason or Google stealing business data.
What other connectors are you building?
Our vision of Porter is audacious, global, and game-changing. We encourage you to see our product roadmap to find more about what we’re building: https://www.notion.so/Porter-public-roadmap-bd990ba2cc5048fbb3f5740c276584f3
