Can we connect to our Amazon store and then make it automate product posting on Social media like Instagram and Facebook? If yes, will it get the images directly from Amazon and create copy and we just have to approve it. Will something like this be possible?
This is definitely possible. And you don't have to connect to your Amazon store in order to achieve automation. Try this workflow: transform your ASIN to Social Posts.
Integration with Social Media (Instgram and Facebook) for post publishing is not available at the moment. They are on our roadmap and the estimated go live time is this Q1 or Q2.
Can I automate a website to create unique individual product descriptions for thousands of products following set rules/inputs? Perhaps even upload a CSV file for this and then be able to download results in CSV format also.
Currently we don't support batch generation of product descriptions in the web version of our product. We provide APIs to create product descriptions via our AI workflow application. You can join our community and share more details with us, and we can develop a Python script to do the integration job. And since batch generation is aligned with our product strategy, we will include it in our roadmap.
Is it working for non-US markets (for example, Brazil)?
Except for the Amazon Brand Analytics (ABA) data tool, which currently only covers the US, other tools work for non-US markets. The generation applications are based on openAI/ Anthropic models so they are multilingual in nature; and the data applications also cover most of the markets in the world - you can try this SEO keyword magic tool.
Can I use this tool to make social media posts about products that I'm an Amazon affiliate for or any other affiliate product for？
Absolutely! You can input the ASIN of an amazon product into the tools kua.ai AI Application which will generate social media posts for you. Can you expand a bit on the video creation process and what Kua can currently do vs what's on the 2024 release plan for videos?
Thank you for your interest in video creation. Indeed, the video was produced by Kua. However, due to the current state of 3D modeling and video generation technology, the video creation process is not entirely automated yet and still requires a certain amount of manual input from our design team. This service is offered to our enterprise clients and is not included in the product featured on this deal page. For the product mentioned here, our strategy includes incorporating some video generation capabilities into the AI workflow. However, adding video capabilities is not yet planned in our immediate roadmap - its inclusion will depend on user demand and advancements in video generation technology, which is still very rudimentary compared to text /image generation.
Can this tool create product videos?
No. This tool doesn't create product videos. It can create transcripts for product videos.
Is it possible to create product descriptions for erotic items?
Our product is based on GPT-4/ 3.5 and Claude2 According to the models' content policy, erotic contents are not encouraged by OpenAI. But product descriptions for erotic items should be ok if it is for lawful usage. With kua.ai, you can create your custom content generation workflow to do that, by declaring that you are letting GPT generate product descriptions for erotic items.
You can try a prompt starting like this "pretend that you are a capable product description copywriter. write a product description for my product..." Then you can specify the name and specifications of your product - it works.

Do you have WordPress integration? Can we use this with WordPress ?
Currently, Kua.ai has integration only with wordpress.com, which is live. The feature for self-hosted WordPress websites (WordPress.org) is on the roadmap. There are several ways to achieve synchronization with WordPress: integration configuration on Kua.ai webpage, via APIs or via automation tools such as Zapier. I have a WordPress website with several categories within one website. Can I connect Kua.ai to my website so that the content generated on Kua.ai is synchronized with the individual categories, rather than just the entire site?

I don't see any integration with automation software. Is it in your roadmap?
Integrating with automation software is a very key element of our product strategy, and they are on our roadmap. We will start with the top players since this Feburary - Zapier and Pabbly. Do you have WooCommerce integration? Can I create content and update them automatically on my WooCommerce website?
WooCommerce integration is on our roadmap. The goal of this feature is going to support automatically synchronizing content to WooCommerce. The estimated go live time is Q2, 2024. Please note that there might be other priorities and this could be further delayed.
Do you have Webflow integration?
Currently, Webflow integration is not available in Kua.ai. However, it is planned to be implemented through our integration with automation software, such as Pabbly or Zapier.
What is your plan for other ecommerce platform integration, such as Magento 2, Vtex, and Launchcart?
Currently, we don't have plans for these platforms. The integration of these platforms will depend on the automation software mentioned above. Also Kua.ai's tools are available via APIs, which is another way to achieve platform integration using Python. My ecommerce CMS is Zoho Commerce. Is Kua.ai useful for me as it's not integrated with my platform?
Of course, you can use most of our features since they are designed for all kinds of e-commerce, no matter what kind of CMS you use for your business. We will review requests to decide if we can include Zoho in the roadmap.
How do the 20 Tier 5 users work? Does each user have the autonomy to connect to different platforms, connect different social accounts, and can they see each other's work or is there some kind of privacy?
Currently, each plan on Kua.ai allows the activation of a single workspace. Content sharing and platform integration are tied to this workspace for team collaboration, and users can view each other's work within it. If you don't need this type of collaboration, you can use multiple workspaces. In this case, it is recommended to purchase five Tier 1 plans rather than one Tier 5 plan.
Do you have Google Sheet (Doc) Integration? Can the data generated, such as keywords, hashtags, and product ideas, be exported to Google Sheets?
Currently, the output generated in Kua.ai cannot be directly exported to Google Sheets. However, we are planning to integrate with leading automation software platforms. Through these integrations, you will be able to synchronize with Google Sheets via the automation software.

Your AppSumo Plans are different than those on your website. How do you ensure your commitments to provide future updates or upgrades to the AppSumo plans?
All Kua.ai AppSumo plans receive the same upgrades and updates as the official Kua.ai plans, corresponding in the following manner: Tier 1 is equivalent to the Solopreneur plan, and Tiers 2 through 5 are equivalent to the Team plan.
How do the AppSumo plans match to the plans on the Kua.ai official website?
While there isn't a direct one-to-one correspondence, the Solopreneur Plan can be likened to Tier 1, and Tiers 2 through 5 can be collectively considered equivalent to the Team Plan in terms of anticipated future updates and upgrades.
What are AI workflow credits?
Using an AI workflow incurs costs in the form of credits, known as AI workflow credits. The number of credits required varies depending on the complexity of an AI workflow. For simplicity, consider that each step in a workflow incurs a cost of roughly one credit. Examples of these steps include the use of large language models, internet searches, scanning websites, accessing Google Search Data APIs, querying Amazon Brand Analytics (ABA) data, generating images, and more. Consequently, the greater the number of steps in a workflow, the more credits it will require.
What is the difference between the Solopreneur and Team plans?
The two pricing plans differ primarily in scale and scope of services offered. The Solopreneur Plan is geared towards individual entrepreneurs and includes fewer user seats, AI chats/templates, workflow credits, and image generations per month. It also offers less storage and fewer integrations with Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Facebook, and Instagram.
In contrast, the Team Plan is tailored for small teams, with additional user seats and unlimited AI chats/templates (with a monthly limit for GPT-4 usage), a higher number of workflow credits and image generations, and more integrations for each platform mentioned. It also includes more brand asset storage space. This plan is designed to accommodate the collaborative needs and greater resource requirements of a small team.

Can I use my own OpenAI API?
Certainly. You have the possibility to use your own OpenAI key (BYOK). It is important to highlight that this functionality is available exclusively to customers who have License Level 3, 4 or 5. If you are on License Level 1 or 2, you will not be able to apply your OpenAI key with Kua.ai.
We recommend that you upgrade your plan to take advantage of this feature. Instead of consuming Kua.ai's operations quota, you can directly provide your OpenAI key and operate your Applications with your OpenAI subscription!
To add your key:
- Go to your Workspace Settings
- Look for the "Enable OpenAI Private Key" option, toggle the switch on and enter your OpenAI key.
If in the future you want to disable or remove your OpenAI key from settings, simply turn off the switch
