    I’m Philippe, Co-founder of Holaspirit!

    When starting a business very few reflect upon the company’s design and how to govern it. As the organization evolves and takes shape, the hiring cycle begins: managers hire managers and subsequently the chain continues and you never stop and reflect upon this series of events – or think it could be any different.
