    ❓How to create custom fields for tasks and clients in Cubicl?

    💡You can set custom form fields for tasks and clients.

    - For tasks, go to the project's Settings > Details page and edit the "Additional Task Form Fields" form.

    - For clients, click the "Add Client" button in the Clients page. You will see the "Add New Field" button.


    ❓Does Cubicl Client Portal have white labeling? Can we customize it?

    💡Our Client Portal feature can be white-labeled.

    - You can use your own custom domain (e.g. portal.yourcompany.com) with CNAME support.

    - You can use your own business name and logo.

    - You can replace texts as you wish.

    - You can customize the colors and background.

    - Emails sent from Client Portal to your clients are customized with your name and logo again.

    - We provide portal mobile apps on mobile app stores with your business name, logo and theme as well. However, portal mobile apps are not part of this deal as they require some custom development work and maintaining them on the stores. You can buy them in addition to this deal if you need the mobile apps. Client portal web app is part of this deal and comes with all the features I listed above.

    ❓How much do you charge for the custom client portal mobile apps?

    ❓Which languages do you support?

    💡Currently we support English and Turkish. We are planning to add other languages starting with our Client Portal feature.


    ❓If I add a user and later decide to remove them and add someone else (new user), will the deleted user still count against my user count? 

    💡Deleted users are not counted against your user count. We only check the total number of current users in your workspace. Let's say you have 10 seats. You can delete 8 of them and later add 8 different people. You are free to remove and add users as you wish.


    ❓Do client portal users count as paid users?

    💡No. Client portal users are not counted as paid users. You can add unlimited client portal users.


    ❓Is this for 1 workspace/ organization only? Or is the workspace/ organization unlimited?

    💡Yes. Each deal coupon gives you a single workspace. However, you can organize different teams by creating different projects. If you need to prevent different teams seeing each others’ projects, you can do this by setting projects private or changing user permissions for non-members. If you need to manage different companies on Cubicl, you need to create different accounts and buy a tier for each of them.
